Thank you for joining this course! A little bit about me…

After an excellent career in the federal public service in labour force development, program design and delivery, grants and contributions and land claim negotiations, I studied human resources development at Sprott School of Business (Carleton U). I loved it so much, since it reinforced my passion for helping build labour force capacity in among youth and adults for their employability, that I established ilinniapaa Skills Development Centre to do just that!

From strategic planning to important health and mental wellness issues, career management to self awareness, I am an accredited instructor and course designer to bring practical knowledge alongside the industry required information, so it works for you and in our Northern and indigenous communities.
