Explore the concepts of Cultural Safety and Trauma-informed care as a frontline worker.

Topics include the progression in thinking from cultural competency, cultural safety and operationalizing trauma-informed care as individuals and organizations.

Concepts of power, the need for critical self and organizational reflection to ensure equity in access to programs and services and the decolonization of systems.
