Course Content

This communications course includes content that supports competency-based learning as well as indigenous and Northern values for practical and culturally-safe learning. Our technical and behavioural competencies reflect national standards of the Indigenous Certification Board of Canada and sectors.

  2. Communicating in a respectful, honest and genuine manner (B-IRS-2-1)
