This course content includes the following topics:

  2. Having clear notes that support justifiable accounts of facts, issues, data, and clinical reports
  3. Having an awareness of bilingual language of service, with sensitivity to the impact of the information being communicated to clients
  4. Recognizing internal training on specialized services such as dispensing over-the-counter or emergency medications
  5. Understanding the range of logistical supports required to deliver culturally-relevant programming including the planning, implementation, and activity wrap-up
