Course Description

One of the most informative tools used for self-care is journalling.

Not everyone understands or takes the time for journalling, but as a self-care tool to unload the professional issues of the day; the client triggers; the weight of the work – and how to use it as a supervisory, training and wellness tool, that takes some awareness and effort.

In this course we will explore the purpose of journalling; the forms of journalling; the role of clinical supervision to decipher and coach around the entries contained, to build professional accountability, growth and wellness.
