Course Description

Clients have the right to choose their service provider and the supports that best fit their personal needs, the needs of the family and in a language and format that they need.

In this course we discuss the how to educate clients on the range of services and pathways to support that exist for them in your local area, region or elsewhere; the primacy of client consent and age of consent; and confidentiality of service.

Supporting clients to be educated, their own advocates and equipped through ongoing development of your own professional network to access services, is the best service we can provide.
