Course Description

In this course we discuss our own power dynamics as frontline workers in the communities we live and work in, and with clients we serve.

Topics include understanding terminology such as one’s social location and the intersectionality of power and privilege; stereotyping, bias and recognize concepts of decolonization to address systemic and practice barriers.
