Securement: All packaging must be loaded, secured, and maintained so that when in transport they will not shift, release, leak, or cause risk to public safety.

Mixture: Dangerous goods should never be transported with other dangerous goods or materials that could cause a reaction, release, or cause risk to public safety.

Cross Border: Packaging complying with U.S. 49 CFR Regulations crossing the border into or from the U.S. are acceptable in most cases.
